This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "write lyrics & save your ideas" developed and published smoothuse.
The app may appear under different localized names depending on the user's language settings. See the app on Google Play.
This privacy policy only applies if you decide to upgrade to the premium version.
If you use the free version of the app, none of your personal data is collected, stored, or shared by us.
What data does My Lyrics collect?
IP address
We collect the IP address you use while connecting to our Services.
Google user data & basic data
We collect the email address of your Google account, as well as the date on which you first logged in.
Your preferred language to translate our services (Android App, Web App).
Your projects and recordings to be able to recover them for you in the event of a loss of functionality on your mobile device.
The backed-up data is also used for the Web App.
How is your data used?
We only use the data we collect and receive to provide the My Lyrics Service.
Your projects and recordings cannot be accessed by anyone else, unless you give us an explicit
authorisation or we are obliged to do so for legal reasons. This applies in particular in the following cases:
You need help with a problem with our web app (e. g. a data backup error)
and you agree that we may examine parts of your content for this purpose.
How long will your data be stored?
We will make sure that the content you store in My Lyrics is easily accessible to you until you decide to delete it again.
Where is the data stored?
We use Firebase for storage, so your data is stored in the USA.
